Industrial Projects & Developements

We at PROPERTIES we have developed the Labor Compound Regulations and Implementation Plans for New Doha International Airport (NDIA) (capacity 22,000 occupant at peak in 2009), and we have managed the same for the last (3) years and a half. Our scope of works include the general planning of the site, Area Allocation and use designation, Development of the Implementation Plan, Development of Compound Regulations and overall management of the Labor Compound as per OSHA Standards. Recently we have concluded the development of Procedures, Regulations, and Implementation Plans for the Labor Compound owned by Qatar Real Estate Investment Company (QREIC) at Messaieed. Along with the NDIA Labor Compound, we are managing the Implementation Plan and the Labor Compound at Messaieed for QREIC (capacity 12,000 occupants). We are in the process of coordinating with Ras-Laffan Industrial City to provide Labor Compound Management and Support Services in the form of Client Representative and Technical Consultant. We have introduced New Labor Compound Management Software which is being considered at QREIC and MIDMAC Projects. We have signed an agreement with AMWAJ Catering Company and Barwa Al-Baraha to provide Facilities Management Services for their projects in Dukhan and Doha respectively.

We have all the qualifications and resources to review the designs (Drawings and Specification) of your labor compound project and report all findings to your good office. We have the capacity and experience to develop your labor camp implementation and camp regulations in compliance with the Local Health, and Safety requirements and to the Human Rights Bill Standards.

The Financial Department collects accounts and reports to you in relation to rent, service charge and in comparison to budget with the aim of achieving the best value for money for you. We provide a totally flexible service, tailored to your needs and subject to an independent audit. Reporting can be supplied at a frequency to correspond with your current practices and in a format that facilitates incorporation into your existing reporting structure.

We manage your account on an Open Book Accounting basis. This means that all invoices are scrutinized by our Finance Department and settled on your behalf on a monthly basis out of an account which is funded quarterly in advance. Your receive one invoice which details all expenditure incurred on your behalf and background paperwork is available at all times for inspection by your auditor. Our management fee is detailed separately on our invoice and this is agreed independently of other costs.

We provide you with expenditure reports indicating actual budgeted costs of services. These services are provided at cost with all bulk-buying discounts achieved by us on your behalf passed directly through to you. We assure you that we derive no other income from our management contracts other than our management fee.
